The proposed development under DP 24-022 includes the construction of a three-storey building, featuring 27 Single Room Boarding House units with private bathrooms and shared kitchen spaces on the second and third floors. This mirrors the initial proposal's plan for residential spaces on the upper floors, while adhering to the concept of co-living spaces. The Ground Floor level will include program offices and additional residential amenity space.
